Description
Are you looking for a sustainable bowl for serving salad, pastas, poke bowls or other dishes? Then this 100% biodegradable sugarcane bowl is a good option! It has a sustainable appearance and a natural look and feel. The bowl has a diameter of 19,5 cm, it is 7,4 cm high and has a capacity of 1200 ml. Tip: close the bowl with the matching lid, so that nothing is wasted during (home) delivery. Did you know that we also have reusable bowls?
Sugarcane (pulp) is a natural waste product and is therefore also called bagasse, derived from the Spanish word for waste. Sugarcane products are made from the pulp that remains after the juice has been separated from the cane. Using heat and pressure, the pulp is compressed and shaped into the disposables that you see on our virtual shelves.
Bagasse products are made entirely from renewable raw materials and are completely plastic free. In addition, they are fully compostable. Products made from sugarcane are also food safe and taste neutral.
