Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international label that promotes socially correct, ecologically responsible and economically viable forest management. To ensure that the forest is preserved, each forest is divided into different sections. Every year, trees are cut down in a different section, so that the forest can recover. On July 3, 2021, the new Single Use Plastic (SUP) legislation entered. A law that has the aim of combating plastic pollution. The most important part of this law is a ban on disposable plastic items, including plastic drinking straws.
