Printing

Of course! Many of the products in our range are suitable for printing. Nothing is too crazy for us! All you have to do is pass on your wishes and provide a possible logo. Don't have a design yet? We like to think along with you! Our creatives always make a free professional design that fits your brand. Go to our printed page for more information and requests.

Order & delivery

Find the product you would like to order, add it to your shopping cart by pressing the yellow button and go to your shopping cart at the top right. Do you have an account? Then log in first so that all data has already been entered. If you do not have an account yet, you can enter the requested information and then complete the order. You now only have to pay and the products will be prepared and sent. Do you order on working days before 16:00? Then you will have it at home tomorrow!

It is also possible to place your order by telephone or e-mail.

We do our best to help you as best we can. Do you still want to change something after ordering? This is often possible when the order has not yet been packed in our warehouse. We advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. We are happy to help you!

Ordered on working days before 16:00 = delivered the next day. Do you prefer delivery on another day? You can decide when you want the package ordered from us to be delivered, by entering this in the order instructions in your shopping cart. Good to know: we even deliver on Saturdays! Delivery time in Belgium is 1 - 3 days.

Within the Netherlands:

€ 0 - € 99 = € 6,95

€100 - € 299 = € 12,95

from € 300 = free

Within Belgium:

€ 0 - € 299 = € 19,95

After you have completed your order you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code to track the order.

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery time in Belgium is slightly longer than in the Netherlands, namely 1 to 3 days. Do you need a product outside of these regions? Please contact us so that we can discuss the possibilities. In this case, take into account higher shipping costs than regular.

All orders must be placed through our online portal. After the order, the products are automatically entered into our system and prepared for shipment. For this reason it is not possible to collect products yourself.

Pay

This can easily be done via iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Sofort, Klarna and Billink Postpay. Is your desired payment option not listed here? Then please contact us. You can find all invoices in your personal account.

Returns

It is possible to return your order within 2 working days of receiving it. Once you have submitted a return request, we will notify you within 24 hours whether your request has been approved.

Please note:

  • Returns without prior notification through the link below cannot be processed: http://takeawarebv.returnscenter.com
  • Returns are only accepted if the packaging (excluding the outer box) is unopened, and the product is undamaged.
  • The outer box and the original box must be free of any writing.
  • Items specially ordered for you (e.g., printed products) cannot be returned.
  • The costs of returning an order are at your own expense, unless otherwise indicated by one of our employees.

After processing the return in our warehouse, a refund will be made as soon as possible. This may take up to 5 working days.

SUP Directive

This directive includes a package of measures to reduce the proportion of plastic in litter. The first measures started on 3 July 2021. For example, at the time there was a ban on, among other things, plastic plates, straws and stirrers. New measures will be added from January 2023. More information about the SUP directive? A new law came into effect in January 2023, which has made a number of our products more expensive. This has everything to do with the 'SUP storage' and the 'Waste management contribution for packaging' that we have to pay from January.

The SUP storage applies to single-use food packaging, which is partly or entirely made of plastic. This also includes cardboard disposables that contain a thin (bio) plastic coating. As a producer and importer, we have to pay a contribution for all SUP products that we bring to the Dutch market. The specific increase is indicated on the product page of the products (to which this applies). The increases have already been incorporated into our prices.

The Packaging Waste Management Contribution has different rates, depending on the type of material. The rate is determined by the costs involved in collecting, separating and recycling the specific material. So the more sustainable the packaging, the lower the contribution!

Samples

We have described all product information in detail on our site. The high-resolution photos give you a particularly good picture of the products on offer. Do you still want to receive samples despite this? Please contact us about the possibilities, we are happy to talk to you.

We are happy to coordinate the number of samples we send with you, normally 2 to 3. The samples themselves are free, we only ask you to pay the shipping costs. The samples have a delivery time of approximately 1-2 working days.
