This 100% biodegradable catering tray is ideal for serving various dishes at parties and celebrations. The catering tray is 35 by 24 cm. It is made of sugarcane and suitable for serving both hot and cold dishes. Tip: keep your dishes warm with the matching lid.

Sugarcane (pulp) is a natural waste product and is therefore also called bagasse, derived from the Spanish word for waste. Sugarcane products are made from the pulp that remains after the juice has been separated from the cane. Using heat and pressure, the pulp is compressed and shaped into the disposables that you see on our virtual shelves.

Bagasse products are made entirely from renewable raw materials and are completely plastic-free. In addition, they are fully compostable. Products made from sugarcane are also food safe and taste neutral.
