TakeAware is a rapidly growing young company located in the heart of Groningen. We specialize in selling friendly disposables because we believe sustainability can be achieved. You will ensure that TakeAware's sales achieve maximum results by generating the right insights and leads from our systems. Additionally, you will initiate commercial improvement projects in collaboration with the e-commerce team.

What do you do as a Commercial Controller at TakeAware?

• Collaborate with sales and team leads from various segments. They can trust you implicitly, receiving analyses and advice they can immediately act on.
• Contribute to the development of new propositions, whether it's subscriptions or commission models; you calculate how we can improve.
• Dive deep into sales and e-commerce data and figures, providing the commercial team with the right guidance.
• Help shape the sales strategy, proactively identifying and communicating opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between the Commercial and Finance teams, making financial insights from product development to sales understandable and sharp.
• We work with HubSpot and additional systems to create a proactive sales organization that offers increasing relevance to customers.

Here's where you fit in:

• A bachelor's degree in a financial, economic, business, or technical field.
• Relevant work experience is a plus, but we're also interested in investing in the right talents.
• You enjoy contributing to tactical/strategic decisions.
• You have a strong passion for numbers, from commercial data to making connections. You notice details at a glance.
• You're not afraid to challenge colleagues, from sales to marketing and finance.
• You work comfortably with structured data and think in terms of scalability. Excel is second nature to you.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail is not required but is a plus.
